Coldstream Clear Warehouse and Brewery

The Coldstream Clear project has included several phases. The original building was a tilt-up design build for an electrical supply distributor in 2010, completed by our company through Lindsay Construction. Since then, the warehouse has added two more additions and a brewery, both completed as a design build collaboration with Lindsay Construction.

Colchester-East Hants Public Library (Former Normal College)

The Colchester-East Hants Library project consisted of the complete renovation of the old “Normal College” as it was known back in the 1800’s. This heritage property was left unoccupied, and after years of neglect and dis-repair was brought back to life to house the new library. Together with L&R construction, we completed this design build project in just over a year from initial design to completion.
